President Launches PS Bigirimana Books
President Yoweri Museveni on Friday (July 24,2020) launched two books: "Abundance Mentality" and the second one being the "Corona Lockdown Chronicles" authored by the Permanent Secretary/Secretary tothe Judiciary, Mr. Pius Bigirimana. The two books are a commendable read.
The launch, which took place at State House in Entebbe, was witnessed by Ag Chief Justice,Hon. Justice Alfonse Chigamoy Owiny Dollo,Principal Judge, Hon. Justice Dr Flavian Zeija, among a select few dignitaries.
"In taking about "abundance mentality", Mr. Bigirimana is simply referring to the immense opportunities available in Uganda, which leaders and others should tap into for the good of their communities," the President said of the book.
He commended Mr Bigirimana for being an active civil servant and loyal cadre. "Because of being active, he was fought in the Office of the Prime Minister and I moved him to Ministry of Gender where he did wonderful work."
The President further congratulated him for authoring the books."I commend him for wearing spectacles that are able to see the opportunities.His "I can do it" attitude is very commendable."
On his part, Mr Bigirimana thanked the President "for being part of my journey and hope you will enjoy the reading of these two books."
He added: "I sincerely thank Emeritus Chief Justice, Hon.Justice Bart Katureebe for giving me a rich Foreword for the Abundance Mentality. Welcome to the Abundance Mentality and the Corona Chronicles."
